What is the shelf life of your product?

All our product have an approximate shelf life of three months.

However, standard storage procedures should be adhered to – keep the chews inside our sealed packaging in a cool and dry place away from the sun. 

 To further lengthen the shelf life of our products, you can keep them refrigerated (not frozen).

We constantly update and refresh our product list so do check it out.

My dog is old, which chew do you recommend?

Although all our chews are suitable for all ages. However if your dog has weak teeth or certain allergies, we advise you to drop us a message. We will recommend the best chews for your dog.

My dog is a young puppy, which chew do you recommend?

Most puppies have weaker teeth and may not have known allergies yet. All our products are 100% single ingredient but do drop us a note to check what is best for your pup!

My dog does not like your product, can I get a refund?

As our product are consumables, we currently do not have a refund policy.

 However, feel free to contact us if your dog does not like our products and we can arrange for something to be worked out on a case by case basis.

I have made the fund transfer but you did not receive it, what should I do?

We currently rely third party electronic payment systems widely used in Singapore and PayPal to receive payments.

Please make every effort to ensure that you are keying in the correct details when making electronic fund transfers. 

In an unlikely event that payments did not reach us, feel free to contact us.

You said that you have dispatched your product but I have not received it, what should I do?

We currently rely on established third party delivery services to deliver our products in Singapore.

All our deliveries are tracked and they can be expected to reach their destinations within 1-3 working days.

Do be patient with us on this, if you have yet to receive your order after 4 working days, connect with us and we will liaise with our delivery service providers.
